Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, LLC, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to drive security programs across cloud, AI, and DevSecOps. You will mentor engineers, architect scalable security solutions, and engage directly with customers and executives to align security with business goals.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, architecture reviews, and governance of security controls across cloud platforms, applications, APIs, and AI systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with leading engineering teams and security programs.
• Strong leadership experience mentoring engineers and managing multiple security workstreams.
• Deep expertise in Cloud Security, including identity management, workload protection, container security, IaC, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD security, automated testing, software supply chain security, and remediation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI security, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and MLOps lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer security engagements and provide technical leadership across cloud security, DevSecOps, application security, and AI security initiatives.
• Translate complex security challenges into scalable architectures, roadmaps, and security controls.
• Manage teams of engineers, oversee delivery, and drive outcomes from discovery to handover.
• Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and security assessments across cloud, apps, APIs, and AI systems.
• Define and implement DevSecOps strategies, security automation, and remediation workflows.
• Guide AI solution design including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps platforms.
• Balance security, performance, delivery timelines, and customer requirements in project management.
