Oshi Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of our remote, cloud-native healthcare platform. You will shape security architecture, harden identity and secrets management, and integrate security into engineering and AI workflows from the ground up.

You will drive threat modeling, secure code reviews, and risk-based decisions across AWS environments. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a hands-on, builder mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in security engineering with cloud security (AWS).
• Hands-on with secure SDLC tooling: SAST/DAST, GitHub Advanced Security/CodeQL, secret scanning.
• Strong in identity and access management (Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA).
• Familiarity with securing AI/LLM and agentic systems and data protection.
• Able to explain security tradeoffs to engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own application and product security, including threat modeling and secure design reviews.
• Design security architecture for agentic SDLC and governance; set phase-gate criteria.
• Build and run non-human identity and secrets management at scale.
• Secure our AWS environment end to end (IAM, networking, encryption, logging).
• Enforce and tune security tooling (CodeQL, secret scanning, branch protection).
• Review AI and vendor integrations touching PHI for data flows and DLP needs.
• Own vulnerability management and pen-testing relationships; drive remediation.
• Support HIPAA Security Rule safeguards and detection/response automation.
