Job summary

Tiro Sec seeks a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to own cloud security technologies and automation within its security engineering team. The role focuses on AI-driven security detection, investigation and response, leveraging Wiz and Zscaler to optimize secure operations.

Location options include Columbus, OH or Orange County, CA with a four‑day onsite work week. The contract is six months with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Wiz experience required.
• Zscaler engineering and administration experience.
• Strong Azure cloud security background.
• Security automation and integration experience.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to security operations, detection or response.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
