Job summary

White Pine Innovations is seeking a Full-Time Multi‑Competency Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. The role focuses on research, analysis, and graduate-level instruction in Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.

The candidate will manage courses, support curriculum design, and collaborate with DSCA and other U.S. Government organizations to ensure current and compliant training materials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related Security Cooperation field.
• 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience with US government.
• U.S. citizenship with active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver graduate-level instruction on Security Cooperation strategy and policy.
• Serve as course manager, ensuring engagement and standards.
• Coordinate curriculum updates with DSCU leadership and staff.
• Develop and assess instructional content aligned with DoD/DSCA guidance.
