Seneca Holdings' White Pine Innovations seeks a Full-Time MultiCompetency Security Cooperation Instructor to support DSCU on site in the NCR. The role centers on research, analysis, and graduate-level instruction in Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.

Candidates should have a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years of SC experience with the US government, US citizenship and Secret clearance or ability to obtain; strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office 365 and AI

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related SC field.
10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience with the US government.
US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver graduate-level instruction focused on Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.
Serve as a class manager ensuring effective course delivery and adherence to standards.
Support curriculum design, course execution, and student records.
Develop and update instructional content and course materials.
Coordinate with DSCU leadership to ensure content relevance and accreditation compliance.
