Okta is seeking a Senior Customer Assurance Analyst to join our Security Trust & Culture team in a global capacity. You will manage complex security questionnaires, coordinate with Federal/FedRAMP teams, and craft clear risk narratives for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent work experience in technology or information security fields
• Minimum 3 years information security, project management, or related experience
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex technical concepts for both technical customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to engage in whiteboard-level security discussions with customer CISOs and architects regarding cloud infrastructure, API security, and encryption standards

Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical bridge between Okta's customers and internal Engineering/Product Security teams; translate security concerns into actionable solutions.
• Act as a bilingual 'technical translator' converting engineering specs into clear risk-based narratives for customers.
• Serve as the primary security advocate for Field Account Teams on Okta's security posture, roadmap, and incident response protocols.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to pre-digest upcoming features and security enhancements for field teams.
• Take end-to-end ownership of security questionnaires and due-diligence responses, coordinating with FedRAMP teams for regulated customers.
