Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a BE&I Senior Consultant to deliver fee-earning assignments in physical security risk management, security strategy, and program design across major US cities including NYC, DC, Chicago, Houston, SF Bay Area, and LA.

You will lead client engagements, manage security assessments, design basis threat development, and implement secure-by-design solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate security, risk management, or consulting.
• Experience with physical security and security risk assessments.
• Experience delivering written reports, client presentations, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support fee-earning consulting on physical security risk management.
• Plan and manage security risk assessments, CPTED assessments, and design reviews.
• Engage clients, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop proposals.
• Support business development and marketing materials.
