Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a BE&I Senior Consultant to lead and support fee-earning assignments across physical security risk management and security strategy. You will engage clients, coordinate across design teams, and deliver practical security solutions aligned with risk appetite and project goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong report writing, and the ability to travel up to 50% in a hybrid work environment across major U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant corporate security, risk management or consulting experience.
• Familiarity with CPTED, design basis threat, secure-by-design concepts and UFC criteria.
• Experience producing written reports, client briefings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services across physical and electronic security risk topics for clients.
• Plan, execute and support security risk assessments, CPTED reviews and design reviews.
• Engage clients, manage projects, and contribute to business development activities.
