Job summary

Korbyt is seeking a hands-on Head of Security & Compliance to own our security program end-to-end. You will write policies, gather audit evidence, and manage auditors and vendors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.

You will drive our SOC 2 Type II readiness, respond to customer security questionnaires, and build a scalable security program that supports enterprise growth and trust across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on security and compliance in SaaS/tech
• Direct experience running SOC 2 Type II audits
• Experience handling customer security questionnaires and reviews
• Working knowledge of cloud security and IAM
• Ability to write audit-ready policies

Responsibilities

• Own the SOC 2 Type II audit cycle end-to-end
• Manage audits, evidence collection and auditor relationships
• Own responses to customer security questionnaires and RFI/RFPs
• Develop and maintain security policies and internal controls
• Coordinate incident response and remediation with engineering
• Lead security awareness and training programs
