Job summary

ORC is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Security Lead to own our security and compliance program, strengthen core infrastructure reliability, and set governance standards for a growing firm. You’ll work directly with the CIO and coordinate SOC 2 efforts, access governance, and incident response.

You will be hands-on across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, servers, and network environments, while guiding security practices and documentation for a national workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in systems administration.
• 2+ years in leadership roles such as team lead or project lead.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF.
• Experience implementing security controls and access governance in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the security and compliance program and SOC 2 efforts.
• Govern access across the organization with least privilege and MFA.
• Strengthen infrastructure and resilience including backup and monitoring.
• Establish change management standards for infrastructure changes.
