Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Compliance Specialist for Devices & Services Security Compliance.

You will design scalable GRC frameworks, translate evolving regulations into control designs, and collaborate across security, engineering, legal, and business teams to drive remediation that protects customers. The role requires updating control programs with evolving standards, collaborating with auditors and external regulators, and leading efforts to automate compliance processes across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; information security, risk management or engineering.
Experience with multiple security frameworks and regulations like ISO 27001/2, HIPAA, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

Design and drive scalable GRC frameworks for security assurance across Amazon devices and markets.
Develop remediation strategies, track issues to resolution, and escalate blockers with actionable recommendations.
Translate evolving regulations (EU Cyber Resilience Act) into control designs and compliance programs aligned with security audits.
Represent Amazon in industry groups and with regulators to shape emerging requirements.
Create repeatable processes for security control design, testing, and validation across teams.
