Job summary

The Hiller Companies is seeking an experienced Security & Communications Installation Foreman to lead installation, inspection and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, security and voice & data systems. You will supervise technician crews, interpret blueprints and ensure code compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, training staff, and maintaining safety standards while delivering/projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Experience installing and supervising access control, CCTV and security systems.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, submittals and manuals.
Strong leadership and communication for field crews and safety compliance.
