Job summary

GuidePoint Security in the United States is seeking an experienced security architect to drive architecture maturity assessments, including security architecture reviews, zero trust maturity, and ransomware readiness. You will evaluate current networks and cloud designs, and translate findings into actionable improvements.

You will write clear reports and present outcomes to C-suite executives, align recommendations with business risk and compliance, and leverage IAM, network, and cloud security

Qualifications

• Broad architecture knowledge across network, cloud, identity, application, data, and infrastructure security domains.
• Practitioner knowledge of firewalls, secure web gateways, ZTNA, endpoint security, and DLP technologies.
• Experience performing security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations.
• Strong understanding of security architecture principles, threat modeling, and secure design patterns.
• Proficiency in IAM, network security, cloud security, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architecture maturity assessments and security reviews for enterprise networks and clouds.
• Review current network architecture and assess maturity levels.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture aligned with risk and compliance needs.
• Write clear assessment reports and present findings to C-Suite leadership.
