Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture, risk reduction, and secure product and platform practices.
• Own architecture and decisions for high-impact products and platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals into pragmatic engineering plans and milestones.
• Build, review, and improve production systems with focus on reliability, security and performance.
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, documentation, testing and ops discipline.
• Mentor engineers and improve collaboration across product, data, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Use metrics and incident learning to prioritize investments and reduce recurring risk.
