Qualifications

• Track record of shipping and operating complex software in a senior engineering role.
• Strong system design, technical judgment, and written communication.
• Experience working across product and business functions in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to lead ambiguous work from definition through production results.
• Experience coaching peers or leading technical programs without formal authority.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer.

Responsibilities

• Improve cloud infrastructure, developer velocity, observability, and production resilience.
• Own architecture and technical decisions for high-impact products and platform capabilities.
• Translate business and product goals into pragmatic engineering plans and milestones.
• Build, review, and improve production systems with attention to reliability, security, and performance.
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, documentation, testing, and operational discipline.
• Mentor engineers and improve collaboration across product, data, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Use metrics and incident learning to prioritize technical investment and reduce recurring risk.
