Job summary

DriveWealth LLC is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to design, build, and mature security capabilities across our brokerage platform and corporate environment. You will secure AWS, EKS, EC2, and trading infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping security runbooks.

You will collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant security programs and automations that support rapid growth and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant security, software, or infrastructure engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and mature security capabilities across brokerage platform and corporate environment.
• Secure AWS platform, Kubernetes services, low-latency trading infrastructure, and corporate tech.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, document architectures and runbooks.
• Build and maintain security platforms, telemetry pipelines, detections, and response automation.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
