Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join Apollo, our managed detection and response service. You will lead investigations across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS, determine verdicts and severities, and guide customers through containment and resolution.

You will work with engineers to translate findings into product improvements and detections. You will collaborate with customers across environments, own the case lifecycle, and help shape our detection and response standards while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on security operations experience in a SOC, MSSP, or MDR environment.
• Experience investigating across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS telemetry.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and how it presents in real telemetry.
• Strong customer-facing instincts and ability to guide customers through incidents.
• Excellent written communication and clear, concise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the investigation and the decision from discovery to close.
• Deep-dive investigation across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS telemetry.
• Drive containment and recommended actions with customer input and impact preview.
• Move quickly to reach verdicts within defined severities.
• Hunt for threats using hypothesis-driven approaches and AI-assisted tools.
• Contribute to service design, detection engineering, and platform improvements.
• Produce clear, customer-ready summaries and actionable guidance.
