Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages work assignments of all Security Ambassadors/Sr. Security Ambassadors.
• Mentors PSL, VMA and PSA personnel.
• Provides service and aid to patients, guests, staff and physicians.
• Responds to requests for assistance and patrols property to ensure safety of life and property.
• Enforces University Health and departmental policies and regulations.
• Completes all VMA/PSL/PSA work schedules and approves time off requests.
• Promotes University Health’s Guest Relations Policy.
