Job summary

KBR is seeking a Security Administrator – Lead Specialist to join the Beavercreek, OH team. The role supports DoD/IC security programs, ensuring compliance with SCI/SAP requirements and SCIF/SAPF accreditation.

You will guide security processes and collaborate with stakeholders to protect sensitive information. The position emphasizes proactive security leadership, program development, and RMF-based information assurance in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Counterintelligence Polygraph required.
• 4–8 years of relevant DoD/IC security experience.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CSSO in executing security programs for SAP/SCI.
• Serve as alternate security official for SAP/SCI programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for SCIF/SAPF operations.
• Ensure ICD 705 compliance and facility accreditation.
• Support RMF information assurance and authorized systems.
• Maintain visitor control and access records for SCIF/SAPF.
• Coordinate with CSOs and PSOs for security audits.
