Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or high school diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• Experience in adjudicative processes and security policies.
• Strong writing and briefing skills.
• Ability to manage large caseloads with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Case Management: manage 80+ cases across processing stages.
• Adjudicative Actions: prepare SORs, investigative files, and First Level Review recommendations.
• Appeals Support: conduct personal appearances per Appeals Staff procedures.
• Collaborative Interviews: interview SMEs to clarify facts for final adjudication.
• Mentorship: train new team members and Developmental level colleagues.
• Education/Experience: verify degree and experience requirements.
• Security Expertise: work in compartmented programs.
• Analytical Depth: handle large, complex workloads with integrity.
• Communication: synthesize multi-source data into final reports.
