Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience required.
• 6+ years in a Finance role with Capital Markets exposure.
• Experience with derivative workflows (Murex or Calypso).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage up to 4 people.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day securitization program and transaction process per checklists.
• Lead new large public program ABS funding up to $3B and maintain existing funding.
• Serve as resident expert on program documentation and specifics.
• Manage relationships with internal/external transaction participants (legal, accounting, trust reporting, business lines, external counsel, banks, rating agencies).
• Analyze results, present hedging recommendations to senior management and develop risk controls.
