Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an experienced securities and transactions lawyer to guide strategy across public company investments, M&A, venture capital, and other complex deals.

You will partner with business leaders and in-house and outside counsel to structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that create long-term value across a diverse portfolio. Excellent judgment and collaboration across teams are essential.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Law firm experience advising on securities matters and strategic transactions.
• Experience advising on securities law, including public company reporting or compliance matters.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, or other strategic transactions.

Mansioni

• Advise on securities law compliance, regulatory filings, internal training, and related matters.
• Partner with business teams on strategy and execution of public company investments, from minority stakes to take-private deals.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and joint ventures.
• Manage all phases of assigned transactions: structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, signing, closing.
• Support senior transactional counsel on the team's most complex matters.
