The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active MA/NY/CA bar, 4–7 years of securities litigation experience, and strong federal court or Delaware Court

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing
• 4–7 years of substantive securities litigation experience
• Extensive experience litigating securities matters in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex securities class actions, shareholder litigation, and related disputes
• Defend public companies, boards, officers, directors, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings in federal and state courts
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and depositions
• Collaborate with teams across litigation, corporate, and investigations groups
