Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, New York or California in good standing
• Experience representing public companies, boards, officers, and financial institutions in complex securities disputes
• Strong background handling securities class actions with motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and appeals
• Experience with shareholder derivative litigation, corporate governance disputes, and shareholder demand matters
• Experience managing all phases of litigation: discovery, witness prep, depositions, expert coordination, trial prep
• Familiarity with SEC investigations, enforcement proceedings, and regulatory matters
• Ability to work effectively within large litigation teams
• Commitment to client service and excellence
