Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in New York in good standing; New Jersey admission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on securities and complex commercial litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop and execute case strategies with senior attorneys.
• Interpret statutes and case law relevant to matters.
