Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, or class actions.
• Strong analytical ability with experience reviewing corporate and financial documentation.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Represent institutional clients in high-stakes securities litigation matters.
• Assist in all phases of litigation: investigation, drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Contribute to litigation strategy involving complex financial fraud allegations and corporate governance violations.
