Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to helm multiple ground‑up and corporate interiors initiatives, ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and drive cost savings for major clients.

You will collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, compliant projects while maintaining client satisfaction and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• 3–5 years with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read design/construction documents and leases.
• Willingness to travel hybrid US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery for secured environment projects.
• Develop and control capital plans, budgets, and scopes.
• Lead design team, consultants, and contractors; manage bids and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and project cash flows; produce monthly reports.
• Ensure ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance and risk management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and value engineering initiatives.
