Under the direct supervision of the Health Services Administrator (HSA), the Senior Secretary is responsible for performing clerical functions for the Clinical Services Division of the Department of Corrections. The position will work within the secure perimeter of the institution and may be responsible for handlining sensitive health information for which a high level of professionalism and confidentiality will be required.

Applicant must have, at a minimum, a high school diploma and one year of full‑time experience with scheduling, data entry, scanning, and maintenance of protected health information.
