Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Triage patient communication via MyChart, calls, and emails.
  • Schedule and manage ongoing clinical appointments.
  • Prepare documents prior to patient appointments.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding equipment and services.
  • Obtain pre-certification and preauthorization for services.
  • Set up patient transportation via service providers.
  • Communicate with departments for clinical testing arrangements.
  • Attend meetings as needed.
