Cerebras Systems is seeking a SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to partner across teams and ensure accurate SEC reporting and disclosures. The role emphasizes understanding the business to reflect it properly in periodic reports and future filings, with a strong focus on complex transactions and technical accounting analysis.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days per week from the Sunnyvale office and reports to the Senior External Reporting & Technical

Qualificações

• 5+ years combined experience at a Big 4 firm and SEC reporting at a public company.
• CPA license, or equivalent (active preferred).
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Workiva and NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with periodic SEC filings and other external reports, including footnotes and MD&A.
• Monitor SEC/FASB developments and advise on impacts to disclosures and processes.
• Support SEC reporting process and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Collaborate across functions for timely review of reporting matters.
• Engage with external auditors on reviews and provide supporting documentation.
• Perform technical accounting research and document complex transactions.
• Record journal entries and analyze new accounting standards and SEC rules.
• Contribute to SOX control implementation over financial reporting.
