Qualifications

• 9+ years of SEC/external reporting experience
• CPA or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements
• Experience owning complex disclosures, coordinating auditors, and managing cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Experience with Workiva (Wdesk) and NetSuite
• Strong written judgment, project management, and communication skills
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Responsibilities

• Own major portions of the end-to-end 10-Q/10-K/8-K production cycle
• Lead complex disclosure areas and translate accounting, business, and operational changes into clear external reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and external auditors
• Drive structural improvements to SEC reporting, including Workiva, data flows, templates, controls, and process documentation
• Support audit requests, quarterly board/audit committee materials, and other analyses tied to external reporting
• Coach and elevate junior team members through review, process discipline, and operating best practices
