Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting organization. You will own major portions of the end-to-end 10-Q/10-K/8-K production cycle, coordinating with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and external auditors to deliver timely filings.

With 9+ years in SEC or public-company reporting and a CPA, you will drive disclosures, improve the reporting model, and coach junior staff while ensuring US GAAP and SOX

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SEC/public-company reporting experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure rules.
• Experience owning complex disclosures and coordinating auditors.
• Proficient with Workiva and NetSuite in a controlled environment.
• Excellent written judgment and communication.
• Ability to improve processes with human oversight and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own major portions of 10-Q/10-K/8-K production cycles and final filing support.
• Lead complex disclosures translating accounting changes into external reporting.
• Partner with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, IR, Legal, Tax and auditors.
• Drive improvements to SEC reporting, Workiva workflows, and data flows.
• Support audit requests and provide materials for board/audit committee.
• Coach junior team members and promote process discipline.
