Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Manager of SEC Reporting to lead efforts in SEC filing compliance, streamline cash-flow reporting, and enhance internal controls. This critical role is part of the Finance team and involves collaboration with Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and at least 8 years of relevant experience in public accounting. A salary range of $105,000 to $189,000 is expected based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 public accounting firm and relevant financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and SEC reporting standards.
• Experience with technical research and preparation of accounting position papers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and timely filing of all SEC filings and Earnings Release.
• Prepare and streamline monthly cash-flow reporting and analysis.
• Develop and execute effective internal controls in relation to the SEC reporting process.
