Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance/Accounting team in a hybrid role. You will be involved in the monthly close process and SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience coordinating across stakeholders and using Workiva, Excel, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with accounting coursework.
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and U.S. GAAP.
• CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and Form 8-K, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Prepare monthly accounting activities and financial reporting packages; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support Workiva-based reporting, XBRL tagging, and coordination with external auditors.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Legal to ensure complete disclosures.
