Job summary

Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to help build our public reporting function, supporting the end-to-end financial reporting lifecycle and SEC filings.

You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare statements, footnotes, and XBRL data, while ensuring SOX controls and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred or in progress.
• 2–4 years in SEC reporting in a fast-paced environment; Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; insurance help is a plus.
• Advanced Excel; Workiva experience preferred; other SEC tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft SEC filings and other compliance documents.
• Prepare workpapers and tie-out binders for public disclosures.
• Research accounting issues and draft GAAP memos.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements including cash flows and footnotes.
• Oversee initial XBRL validation for filings.
• Assist build SOX internal controls with Audit team.
• Prepare audit schedules for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support monthly/quarterly flux analyses with FP&A and IR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial statements and disclosures.
