Job summary

RXO is seeking a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to join our finance team in Charlotte, NC. The role encompasses preparing SEC filings, disclosures, and GAAP-to-non-GAAP analyses, leveraging Hyperion Financial Management for data accuracy and consolidation.

You will coordinate across accounting and finance teams, perform detailed tie-outs, and assist with earnings materials and investor communications. A four-day onsite schedule with Fridays remote, and a potential bonus or commission,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
• Experience with Workiva and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Aptitude for analyzing large data sets from multiple sources
• Ability to manipulate complex information and large datasets using Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare external financial statement reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
• Coordinate information gathering from accounting/finance teams
• Perform tie-outs of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Develop disclosures for significant transactions and events
• Collect and analyze HFM data for GAAP to non-GAAP reporting
• Support earnings materials and investor communications
• Prepare non-GAAP reconciliations for earnings releases and investor decks
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements for impact and disclosure
• Ensure consistency of SEC filings and investor materials
• Support internal control over financial reporting activities
