Bradsby Group is seeking a senior public accounting professional in the Denver area. The role requires 4–7+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience, active CPA, and strong U.S. GAAP/IFRS and SOX knowledge.

This position blends hybrid work with a base salary plus a 20% bonus and involves coordinating quarterly and annual SEC reporting. Responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial statements and footnotes for Form 10-K/10-Q, managing XBRL tagging, supporting Form 8-K

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Minimum five years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience.
• Derivatives experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS and SEC regulations.
• SOX understanding and experience required.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review external consolidated financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings.
• Review XBRL tagging and presentation of statements.
• Address comments during Form 10-K/Q filings with senior management.
• Own financial metrics for quarterly earnings release (Form 8-K).
• Analyze global financial information and key metrics.
• Draft accounting memos and perform technical research.
• Support SOX controls compliance with global accounting and internal audit.
• Assist external auditors during audits and interim reviews.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
