Bradsby Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Colorado to lead month-end close, manage payroll accruals and financial reporting, and ensure SOX compliance. You will mentor staff accountants, drive process improvements, and collaborate on budgets and forecasts.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s in accounting, 6+ years’ experience, and proficiency with NetSuite, Excel, and Word. In-office or hybrid work arrangements are available in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6+ years in a related role with people management experience.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred; strong Excel/Word skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review vendor invoices for accurate coding.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Oversee daily cash application activities.
• Own the company’s SOX controls.
• Supervise payroll processing and related journal entries.
• Maintain stock plan records and 1099 filings.
• Assist with budgets and quarterly forecasts (P&L and cash basis).
• Assist external audits with documentation and explanations.
• Support ERP enhancements and new transaction workflows.
