Job summary

Arrow Electronics in the Denver area seeks a SEC Financial Reporting - Senior Analyst I to support our global external reporting. You will prepare Forms 10-K and 10-Q, draft footnotes, and perform technical GAAP research.

This role conducts internal control testing, assists auditors, and coordinates quarterly group reporting with subsidiaries. Hybrid work: Panorama office days Tue–Thu; other days work from home; some late hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and ledger reporting tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of Forms 10-K and 10-Q including financial statements, footnotes and disclosures.
• Research accounting policies and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist external and internal auditors with questions related to financial statements.
• Maintain up-to-date on accounting and SEC requirements; help implement policies.
• Perform internal control testing and document results; support SOX 404 compliance.
