This role partners with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across evolving applications, technologies, and business domains.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of QA experience with hands-on test automation.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications.
• Proven automation suite design and maintenance.
• CI/CD integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex enterprise apps.
• Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop risk-based testing approaches balancing speed, coverage, and business impact.
• Design and maintain automated test suites with Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Build reusable automation assets and improve test coverage.
• Conduct API testing with Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Manage defects through identification, documentation, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve quality concerns.
• Communicate testing progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Support multiple applications/projects with shifting priorities.
• Learn new technologies quickly and apply learnings across domains.
• Contribute to Agile and DevOps testing practices.
