Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements and advocate for user-centric software solutions
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across the full development lifecycle
• Assess software requirements and determine technology stack, integration method, and deployment strategy
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components and interfaces
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects and cross-functional teams
• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, and processes in line with org goals
• Improve performance and optimize applications and adopt new technologies
• Adopt test-driven development, CI/CD practices, and secure coding practices
• Support security practices including encryption and data anonymization
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and back-end services like APIs/microservices
• Evaluate emerging technologies to deliver solutions and participate in new stack layers
• 4 days in the office as part of on-site requirements
