Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to work with System Analysts, Development and QA to understand requirements and build automation for financial applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in reviewing product requirements and designing tests for distributed web-based applications.
• 3+ years’ Web-based GUI testing for Java/J2EE applications using data-driven test methodologies.
• Experience using ALM or similar test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain test cases for new and existing features.
• Review requirements to produce a test strategy and test cases.
• Build or modify automation framework; maintain automation scripts.
• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities.
• Report defects and manage triage with timely updates on release readiness.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware configuration problems and assist user support.
