Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior SDET, AI & Automation to join the AI team as a testing partner. This fully remote role offers an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates in El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL, or fully remote elsewhere in the U.S.

You will define test strategy, build automated coverage for AI-powered capabilities, and drive continuous quality across AI-driven products in a security-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SDET or QA/quality engineering.
• Hands-on AI/ML testing experience with model-integrated software.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy with AI engineers and product teams.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for AI-powered apps and services.
• Create deterministic and probabilistic validation methods for AI outputs.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using common tools.
• Analyze AI model outputs for reliability, safety and alignment.
• Maintain test data, mocks, and fixtures for repeatable validation.
