Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Senior DevOps Validation Engineer to design, build and automate validation frameworks for cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and platform services that support Keeper’s products.

This is a 100% remote position with a hybrid option for candidates in El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro areas. You will work closely with DevOps, Platform Eng, Security and Compliance teams to boost release confidence and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software/DevOps automation experience.
• Maintainable automation, frameworks or internal tools development.
• Strong Python or Go programming skills for infra/automation.
• Solid fundamentals: modular design, testing, debugging, code reviews.
• Hands-on AWS networking and infrastructure experience (VPCs, subnets, IAM, security groups, load balancers).

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated validation frameworks for cloud infra and deployment workflows.
• Develop production-quality automation and test utilities.
• Validate AWS infra components like VPCs, routing, IAM, security groups and load balancers.
• Create automated validation for Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
• Integrate infrastructure validation into CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Develop tests for integration, regression, resilience and failure-recovery.
• Test Kubernetes and containerized environments for config, reliability and security.
• Ensure validation keeps pace with evolving infrastructure and deployments.
