Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the S3 Storage team in Seattle. You will design and implement services that persist and retrieve customer data, scale to trillions of objects, and deliver high-quality distributed systems in a fast-moving environment.

You will own the design and implementation of new components, work with other engineers, and contribute to a culture of ownership, automation, and continuous learning across an ambitious cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years programming with at least one language.
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.
