Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect - SDDC to drive post-sales data center automation initiatives, delivering design and hands-on deployment of enterprise infrastructure and platforms. You will mentor consultants and serve as a technical lead on complex projects.

Remote position with home-office setup as determined by SHI management. Role requires deep VMware experience, automation tooling, and collaboration with sales and presales to close professional services opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of solutions architecture or infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years with VMware and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-level design and implementation including architecture analysis and system migration.
• Design and implement VMware VCF (Brownfield and Greenfield) and related automation.
• Lead projects, mentor consultants, and collaborate with sales/presales to identify opportunities.
