Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Systems Engineer to own and enable MSP/SP partnerships for SD‑WAN and SD‑Branch initiatives. You will lead technical engagements, deliver tailored enablement, and collaborate with product teams to shape managed services built on Arista’s portfolio.

You will design solutions, support PoCs, and co‑sell with partners, driving revenue and ensuring successful deployment across multiple MSP/SP environments in the US.

Qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of WAN, networking, or cloud services experience; MSP/SP exposure preferred.
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and SD‑WAN.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, including technical presentations and PoCs.
• Ability to establish long‑lasting relationships across MSP/SP stakeholders; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical SE for an assigned set of MSP/SP accounts.
• Trusted Advisor – Service Design: Help MSP/SP partners create and take to market SD‑WAN/SD‑Branch managed services.
• Cross‑Functional Enablement: Deliver enablement programs across GTM, operations, and product management.
• Operational Integration: Guide integration of VeloCloud into MSP/SP workflows and OSS/BSS systems.
• Co‑Selling: Partner with MSP/SP sales teams on customer opportunities to accelerate deals.
• Solution Architecture & PoC: Lead architecture, RFx responses, and PoCs; align with partner needs.
• Portfolio Expansion: Co‑develop managed services leveraging Arista portfolio.
• Product Feedback Loop: Relay MSP/SP feedback to Product Management/Engineering.
• Industry Presence: Represent Arista at MSP‑focused events and conferences.
