Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to provide end-to-end delivery leadership across two scrum teams within Ontada's Technology Solutions portfolio.

You will coach teams to build an agile mindset and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management. The role requires proactively managing dependencies, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent; typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery roles.
• Experience leading two scrum teams or a complex team in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for two teams or a complex team, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Coach the Product Owner and team to ensure work items have clear scope, sizing, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead integrated planning across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management.
