Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high quality products using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices. The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 years of experience and strong SAFe expertise, with the ability to guide teams through PI Planning and backlog refinement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong SAFe Agile expertise.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Enable continuous improvement across teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines.
• Ensure teams maintain sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning.
