Job summary

ATSG Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/SCRUM Master PMI-ACP or CSM to support the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate. The role is on-site in Washington, DC, with occasional travel and a secret clearance requirement.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• At least five years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or 9 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Scrum Master Certification (SCM) or CSP is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Implement, maintain, and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment with focus on learning, accountability, and process improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to protect team delivery and timelines.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with objectives and quality standards.
